After the departure of Riza Halimi from the head of PVD and from the political scene, Shaip Kamberi was forced to inherit the party.
In Preševo, he did not try to produce quality cadres to initially lead with the PVD Branch as a party with tradition and ideology of Rugova.
He deliberately advanced Ardita Sinan, recognizing her weak and emotional character, which he misused thanks to anger and inciting hatred, so that he closed the possibility of cooperation with APN, but on the contrary, he sank it even deeper by imposed Ragmi Mustafa of PDSH as a cooperation partner, despite his corrupt, clientelistic and often anti-national past, especially in the case of the donation of Pazhavlnica to the then Serbian Prime Minister Vucic.
After the failure of the PVD-PDSH-LR-UDSH coalition, Shaipi temporarily comforted Ardita Sinan by intervening with the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti to appoint her as his adviser for the Valley, and later as the head of the Office for the Valley.
The appointment of Ardita in this form is seen more as revenge against APN and LR, than a natural position as it is directly related to the longevity of the current government of Kosovo headed by VV.
In this form, Shaipi instigated a seduction among PVD activists in Preševo, because PVD will enjoy high regional positions while he transferred all the power and hierarchy of PVD to Ternoc.
The electorate of Presheva remained simply to collect votes, to ensure the position of power to the Ternokalians, without any perspective in the municipality of Presheva.
The approach of the activists and the few figures who are operating in Preševo is characterized by an approach that rather belongs to social networks, in the form of accusations and slanders, but does not contain an essence or a political program, which would serve as a serious political offer of PVD- in Presevo for the future.
On the other hand, the situation of the Albanians in the Presheva Valley is getting worse and worse, while Shaip Kamberi is slyly managing to encourage the youth of the PVD in Presheva to incite anger and hatred, but he is by no means guiding them to act politically and institutionally.
What will be the motive for engagement in the KNSH elections and in the next local elections, having a status quo situation in the Branch of the PVD in Preshevo, it is expected to be seen if from its ranks, the Branch of the PVD in Preshevo will manage to analyze this situation, approach constructively and professionally to bring out a new figure, who would take the helm of the worthy leadership of the PVD Branch in Preshevo, why not the PVD in general.
