Autumn starts today

For residents of the Northern Hemisphere, autumn begins today at 08:50.

This means that in the morning the Sun will be in the plane of the Earth’s equator, that is, it will pass from the northern to the southern hemisphere of the sky, so that at the same time spring will begin.

On the day of the beginning of autumn, the sun in Preševo rises at 6:15 and sets at 18:29, which means that the day will last 12 hours and nine minutes, while the night will last 12 hours and 25 minutes.
Day and night will have the same length on September 26.

Autumn lasts until December 21, when winter officially begins.
